Hello, my name is Mary and I am a professional counsellor. If you are looking at this site you are probably considering counselling. It can take courage to reach out and ask for help. But if you are struggling with your emotions and the difficult events that have happened in your life counselling can help make effective changes. ​Your values, beliefs and your own chosen goals and desires remain central in the work we will do together. Counselling can provide a safe place to explore emotions and re-evaluate life. 

Counselling is usually face to face. But if these meetings are difficult due to time and distance, I am able to offer on-line therapy too. You can either phone, text or email to book an appointment.

Cost - £40 per 50 minutes

(some availability for reduced fees where finance is difficult.)
